Human Resources Manager
Job Summary: Esperanza is presently
seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager. In the past 3-4 years, the size of
Esperanza's staff has doubled from approximately 45 to 90 employees, and with
significant growth expected EHC plans to add an additional 60+ positions in the
next 3-4 years. The goal of creating this new position is to strengthen our
hiring and human resource structure as our staff grows, centralize personnel
responsibilities, and advance the human resources functions. Job functions
include the following:
• Oversight of all hiring (recruitment, interviewing, new employee
orientation);
• Oversight of employee benefits (medical, dental, life, long-term
disability, educational benefits);
• Oversight of employee performance appraisal
process;
• Organization of personnel information;
• Oversight of development and compliance with all Human Resources
policies and procedures;
• Oversight of employee retreats and trainings;
and
• Oversight of employee correction and guidance to ensure a safe
and professional work environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; strong organizational
management skills and interpersonal skills; good problem solver; intuitive,
independent thinker; expresses self well in writing; experience in conflict
resolution; organized; good math ability; experienced in Microsoft Word and
Excel; committed Christian accountable in church; able to represent Christ and
the gospel in word and deed.
