Assistant Supervisor of Clinical Support Team

Salaried position includes clinical, personnel and administrative duties which contribute to the smooth function of the Medical Assistant Team.  Role includes inventory and ordering of clinical supplies and vaccines, processing time sheets, monitoring performance of in-house lab tests and controls, training of Medical Assistants, updating clinical protocols, covering the MA role when staff are off, participating in the professional and spiritual growth of a team of 17 Medical Assistants, helping to implement new initiatives affecting the functioning of the clinical support team.

Qualifications include:
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Experience mentoring people or leadership experience preferred.
-Clinical experience in a health care setting preferred or strong interest in the healthcare field.
-Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to details.
-Solid math skills.
-Strong computer skills in Word and Excel.
-Ability to perform well under pressure.
-Spanish language skills preferred.
-Willingness to make a 2 year commitment.

RN or college graduate preferred but will consider an experienced Medical Assistant or LPN with strong administrative gifts.  Will train a college graduate with a strong interest in the medical field.
